Professional Standards Bureau

The Professional Standards Bureau, also known as the Internal Affairs of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, is a bureau which is a critical unit responsible for investigating allegations of misconduct by department members. Civilians or members from other departments can report misconduct and allegations to the Internal Affairs, and a punishment will be given out if the accusation is valid.
